  1. 1. Does FIAT have an intern program?
    FIAT offers internships of various lengths both in Italy and abroad. These opportunities are primarily aimed at graduates in engineering, management and other technical and scientific disciplines.
  2. 2. Where can I find information on professional opportunities at FIAT?
    The “Careers” section of the Group website (www.fiatspa.com) provides information on career opportunities, the selection process, training programs, etc. and also has an area where applications can be submitted. If your CV is of interest to the Group, we will contact you to proceed to the next step.
  3. 3. What types of degrees is FIAT looking for?
    Primarily degrees in engineering, management and other technical and scientific disciplines. Degrees in other disciplines could also be of interest based on the specific needs of Group companies.
  4. 4. How can I submit my CV?
    You can submit your CV through the “Careers” section of this site under “Apply Now”. Once you have completed the information form, you will receive confirmation of receipt by email together with a personal password that can be used to change or update the information held in our database. If your profile is of interest to the Group, we will contact you to proceed to the next step.
  5. 5. How does the selection process work?
    CVs are assessed on the basis of various criteria, such as degree type, grade, length of study, professional experience, skills acquired, willingness to relocate domestically or internationally. If a candidate's profile matches the requirements sought by a company within the Group, a selection process is initiated, which is conducted by our assessment centers (for new graduates) or one-on-one interviews. Candidates who pass the various steps in the selection process are then introduced to the head of the relevant area for final selection.
