Without a heart we would be just machines."
"For me, deciding to study business and economics meant preparing myself for the challenges of the business world which, together with politics, are a nation’s pulse beat. So, in November 2001, I completed my business studies in Turin full of enthusiasm, aspirations, and the desire to breathe international air. I decided to start off in consultancy to gain experience in various areas of business and to learn in the field (not just from books!) where I could best use my professional abilities. In May 2006, I realized that the business world inside a company was where I wanted to be and, at the same time, that Fiat Auto was the leading industrial group in Italy but was also located all over the world and could offer me a myriad of opportunities right at a time when it was setting a new course itself."
"I started working in Parts & Services in the development of CRM and customer loyalty- programs for Fiat, Lancia and Alfa Romeo. After two years, I had the privilege of moving to Alfa Romeo to work on development of the future SUV: a fascinating and challenging strategic role which gave me the opportunity to learn the complexities of the product and to come to love the world of automobiles."
"Finally, in 2009, I became Product Manager for the Giulietta and followed the launch of the new C-segment Alfa Romeo. This was a truly intense period which consisted of: in-depth analysis to determine the Engineering & Design requirements and to finalize the product features; discussion with all markets to determine price positioning for the model; technical briefing sessions with advertising agencies to plan publicity; analysis with logistics and plant personnel to prepare for the product launch; planning of commercial events or press conferences. This exciting work allowed me to work with many areas in the company and enabled the whole Giulietta launch team that I was part of to experience in person that with dedication and commitment, collaboration and professionalism even the most unexpected difficulties can be overcome...and we have the enormous satisfaction of seeing the Giulietta, on which we worked so hard, in the street or on TV with Uma Thurman! And it was only by experiencing Fiat from inside that I understood what incredible opportunities group offered, because it is international, highly dynamic, stimulating, and in an extremely competitive sector where new challenges have to be tackled every day so we can snatch market share from our competitors...an important choice that makes me feel proud every day to be Italian and to work for Fiat."
