FIAT collaborates actively with leading universities and business schools both in Italy and abroad through presentations, discussions, speeches by company exponents and one-to-ones for university students to present our Group to those wanting more information and to provide opportunities for young people to have direct contact with our managers.
Along with CHRYSLER, FIAT participates in the Joint International Master Degree (JIMD) program at Turin Polytechnic and the University of Windsor-Canada. It contributes to the program by providing some of the teachers in the form of various of its managers and experts, as well as by offering opportunities for internships geared towards the development of theses on automotive topics.

- Internships and Placement
An internship or placement experience with one of the companies in our Group could prove to be the ideal introduction to the challenges and opportunities of the workplace. FIAT offers a wide range of training and professional development opportunities in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain Management, Engineering/Design and Manufacturing. We offer you 6 and 12-month paid internships during which the possibility for future employment can be assessed. Since Fiat’s goal is to ensure you get the support you need to be able to contribute to building a strong team, during your internship you will receive guidance and support from dedicated tutors. The Selection Process

That process consists of two phases: a one-day session at the assessment center followed by one or more one-to-one interviews for an in-depth technical evaluation of the candidate.
