Mission

  1. 1. Who are Fiat's shareholders?
    As of 21 May 2012 (date of conversion of the preference and savings shares), the Company has 1,250,402,773 ordinary shares outstanding.

    At 31.12.2011 (pre-conversion), the breakdown of shareholders was as follows:

    The Company’s shares are listed on the Milan, Paris and Frankfurt stock exchanges. Through an ADR program, the shares are also tradeable over the counter (OTC) in the United States. Fiat shares are included in 44 European and global equity indexes.
